Penny Mullins, M.D. joins Memorial Family Care - Old Fort

Penny Mullins, M.D.
Dr. Mullins is excited to join the Memorial Hospital team and to serve Old Fort and the surrounding area. Dr. Mullins says, “I am very happy to have the opportunity to practice medicine here. This is a terrific community.”
Dr. Mullins graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1994 and completed her residency in Family Practice at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. Dr. Mullins worked at Community Health Services here in Fremont right after she completed her residency. Most recently, she served as the Medical Director for the Bowling Green State University Student Health Service. She also has experience in occupational medicine and urgent care.
Dr. Mullins has been a member of the local community for 15 years. She lives in Fremont with her husband, Tim Braun; they have five children.
